Iza Tolentino Badminton Classis held at new SGVBC
The Woodshots Badminton Club hosted the first Iza Tolentino Badminton Classic April 30th at the new San Gabriel Valley Badminton Club in Pomona, California, which opened recently.
About more than 100 shuttlers from the Los Angeles area participated in this day-long event, including several PBCA members.
Once again, PBCA players displayed their dominance in the lower divisions by sweeping four events. There were also PBCA players who garnered major titles in the upper divisions.

2. Virra Ratonel/Clemen Baladad - Women's Doubles D- Champions;
3. Ghale Bautista/Yellie Go - Women's Doubles E Champions;
4. Marvin Solidum/Sandee Petersen - Mixed Doubles D- Champions;
5. Melchi Viado - Men's Doubles C+ Champion;
6. Ranier Ratonel - Men's Doubles D+ Champion;
7. Bryan Borromeo/Ketel Galang - Mixed Doubles D+ Champions;
8. Shan Cawili/Benjamin Lord - Men's Doubles D+ Runners-Up;
9. Jun Bautista/Nenette Sapida - Mixed Doubles D- Runners-Up;
10. Allan Grimares - Men's Doubles E Runner-Up;
11. Anthony Pham - Mixed Doubles D+ 2nd Runner-Up.
12. Allan Fajardo/Clemen Baladad - E Mixed Doubles Champions
